Steve was raised in Lafayette, California where he became a fourth generation Realtor after graduating from the University of the Pacific in 1989. He spent 8 years in commercial real estate specializing in commercial leasing, build-to-suit and sales transactions in the North San Francisco Bay area.
In 1996 Steve moved to Montana eventually moving to Bozeman where he started Frontier Financial Services, a mortgage company, which he operated for five years. Steve then went on to start America West Real Estate. and P & B Construction Inc., Parks Builders, Inc., dba Parks Angel Construction, all based in Bozeman.
Steve's construction experience started in 2000 with remodel work, Spec. home's and an office project in Bozeman where the Company's offices are today. In 2002 Steve formed P & B Construction, Inc. and started building homes and multi- family projects in Bozeman. For the last 12 years he has kept busy building and developing projects in the Gallatin and Ruby Valley and now joining forces with Corey Angel forming Parks Angel Construction.
Raised in Riverton, Wyoming, Corey moved to Bozeman in 2001 to attend Montana State University. While attending School Corey worked part time for Blue Ridge Homes for one year where he found his passion for building.
In 2003 Corey took a full time position with P & B Construction working under Steve where he developed his skills in framing, siding, painting, roofing, hardwood floors, trim, doors, cabinetry, tile, welding, custom cabinets and builtins, and fabrication. For 12 years Corey worked exclusively with Steve framing and doing finish carpentry. In 2013, Corey became a part owner and the two formed Parks Angel Construction.
Pat grew up in Maine where he developed his love for wood work from his time spent in his Dad's True Value hardware store. He followed his passions and attended Forestry school at the University of Montana.
After graduating Pat moved back to Maine where he worked for a high-end builder on Nantucket Island for four years and later a cabinetry builder for three years, further developing his passion for wood work and the intricacies of the wood shop.
In 2008 Pat moved back to Montana and took a job with Yellowstone Traditions, adding timber framing, custom doors, log work, and reclaimed materials to his woodworking skills. Looking for a change of pace Pat left YT in 2013 to work with Steve and Corey at Parks Angel Construction.
